Responsibilities
• Lead high performing team to execute on the brand vision globally
• Accountable for product messaging and naming aligned with the mission, identity and core values
• Collaborate closely with cross functional teams and external agencies to meet objectives
• Manage brand promotional budget
• Co-develop strategy for ambassador and athlete programs
• Contribute to the Lean Product Development Process
• Identify new marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the brand
• May perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience
• 10 years of experience in Marketing or similar field
