Night Receptionist

35 hours per week over 7 days

Basic salary £19,576.10 per annum (0.933 of £20,981 FTE) plus 33% enhancements for nights

We are looking to recruit a Night Receptionist to join our existing Reception Team to work in our Main Administration Building.

You will be required to work 9:00pm - 7:00am on a 4 shift basis including some bank holidays.

You would work 4 on and 4 off

The role will involve:
• Evening lock up and securing buildings and gates across site
• Monitoring CCTV system (including main drive and barrier).
• Site patrols
• Escalating security and emergency incidents where necessary
• Meet & greet emergency services and direct to incident & handover information files & offer assistance if required.
• Monitoring fire & intruder alarms and generator panel and responding where necessary
• Recording events/actions/incidents in log book
• Any other ad-hoc tasks.
