• Achieve excellent mystery shopping audit scores.

Operations
• Drive customer loyalty program enrolment and engagement
• Collect and address customer feedback promptly
• Ensure 100% compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Timely reporting and adherence to audit schedules
• Collaborate with support teams (EPC, FM) for store operations

People Management
• Train and develop store teams on visual merchandising, SOPs, customer service, and product knowledge
