Job Description Role Manager - Network Administration and End User Support Span Central Function IT Job Family Manager Reporting to (position) Group Leader - IT Direct Reportees(position) Network Incharge Purpose Statement - Lead and manage IT network planning, design, implementation
• Manage critical network operations and organize support to L3 level escalations related to Network
• Manage End User Services and Support
• Handle, co-ordinate and resolve escalations received from Zonal IT Managers, Technical evaluation and periodic review of end user IT assets and finalize make/model along with Zonal IT manager
