Role and Responsibilities
• 4 – 5 Years’ experience in relevant field
• Hardware Troubleshooting – Laptop, desktop and printer
• Basic knowledge of networking – LAN, Wifi and Internet
• Email Configuration over outlook and mobile
• Asset Records Management
• Vendor Management (Coordinate with AMC / Warranty Service providers / Other Vendors)
• End User support for MS office, MS 365, LAN, virtual meeting clients (zoom, MS teams), IP and SIP Phone, Windows Update, system performance issues
• OneDrive, Falcon EDR, installation of different application software like SAP, call logging with service providers and oversee till resolution
• Backup & Restoration, Basic knowledge of domain, workgroup, DHCP and DNS.
• OS support – Windows 10 and 11
• Good Communication Skill
