Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Technical Recruiter located in Thanjavur. As a Technical Recruiter, your main responsibility will be to conduct full cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, and hiring technical candidates. You will also be responsible for building relationships with hiring managers, coordinating interviews, and managing the entire recruitment process. This is an on-site role.

Qualifications
• Should have hands-on experience in sourcing through various channels (like web portals, advertisements, walk-ins, professional networking, personal references, headhunting, and vendors).
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience as an IT recruiter with a proven track record.
