Job Title: IT Technical Recruiter

Location: Dehradun (Onsite)

Responsibilities:
• Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for IT positions, including but not limited to software developers, engineers, project managers, and system administrators.
• Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to identify qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals to ensure a steady pipeline of candidates for current and future positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to meet those needs.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, including scheduling, preparing interview questions, and providing feedback to both parties.
• Manage the offer process, including negotiating salary and other terms of employment, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
