Planning department is responsible for creating wind energy project execution schedules considering many external factors (customer requests, site conditions) but also internal ones (financial target, contractual terms, location of production of wind turbine parts, location of projects, KPIs). Actively participatory during the sales phase, it plays an equally important role during the construction phase to secure an execution according to the contractual schedule.
