In this position you will work closely with the Western Lumber Vice President, providing strategic guidance on organizational issues and HR solutions to accelerate business performance and effectiveness.
You will lead the Pacific Northwest Lumber HR team of four HR Business Partners, who support four unionized Lumber facilities located across Washington and Oregon.
Additionally, working with the Western Timberlands Director of Silviculture, you will also provide direct HR support to the Western Regeneration & Aviation teams.
You will report to the Senior HR Director, Lumber, located in Seattle, Washington and will have a dotted line reporting relationship to the Western Timberlands HR Director.
