Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Accountant with specific operational commercial experience to join our team. Candidate will be responsible for a portfolio of buildings of which will encompass property financials analysis, performance management, budgets, forecasts, operations (leasing & facilities)

Responsibilities
• Collate information to analyse income and expenses of the properties and provide comments against budgets.
• Ensure accruals are raised where some income and expense items are outstanding or not recorded accordingly.
