Duties & Responsibilities

1.IR
• Responsible for all client and company delegated Industrial Relations
• Responsible for all industrial / employee relations matters within the company of a company.
• Initiate and chair disciplinary hearings
• Attend and handle CCMA Conciliation and Arbitration cases
• Bargaining council conciliation and arbitration representation
• Lead and manage the integration of recognition & substantive agreements and conditions of employment in line with business strategy
• Liaise, co-ordinate and align business objectives with employees and management across departments
• Consult Client role players and Company Supervisors, Ops Co-Ordinator’s, and Senior Staff drafting of chargers and issuing of warnings.
• Provide IR related input and recommendations to Management and Operations (Meetings and email communication)
• Ensure that all relevant legislative requirements are adhered to in order to minimize unnecessary risk for the business
