Walk-in Interview :-

We are looking for 4-5 years experience in HR profile MALE candidate who can join us immediately for our Ambarnath office location.

1.Manage the hiring process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations.

2. Onboard new employees, including providing orientation, completing paperwork, and issuing benefits.

3 Administer benefits programs, such as health insurance. handling Audits.

4. Resolve employee relations issues, such as performance problems, disciplinary matters, and workplace disputes.

5. Maintain employee records, such as personnel files, performance reviews, and training records.

6. Comply with all applicable employment laws and regulation.

7. Other duties as assigned.

8. Candidate should be proficient in Labor Laws, IR, Number skills. .

9. Profile need to be well versed with grievance handling & mass management.
