Job Description: As a North Indian Cook, you will be responsible for preparing authentic North Indian dishes while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation. Your role will involve working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of dishes to our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare a variety of North Indian dishes including but not limited to curries, kebabs, tandoori items, bread, and desserts.
• Follow traditional recipes and techniques to ensure authenticity and consistency in flavor.
• Coordinate with the Head Chef and kitchen staff to plan menus and daily specials.
• Monitor food stock levels and place orders for ingredients as needed.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
