Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Officer. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for HR management, including developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, and overseeing a team of HRA's .

Qualifications
• Strong HR management skills
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
• Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
• Experience in handling employee relations
• Ability to develop and maintain job descriptions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience
