Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cafe Manager at Nells Cafe in Malappuram. The Cafe Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the cafe, including customer service, food and beverage management, sales, and maintaining a high level of food service quality. The Cafe Manager will also be responsible for ensuring efficient communication with staff and customers.

Qualifications

Hospitality or business management degree or certification (desirable)

3+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a cafe or restaurant management role
