Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Malappuram, Calicut and Thrissur for a Regional Trainer at OPPO KERALA. The Regional Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing training materials, evaluating training effectiveness, and providing feedback to improve training programs. The Regional Trainer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement training initiatives and ensure compliance with company standards and policies.

Qualifications
• Experience in conducting training sessions and developing training materials
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and training software
• Experience in the technology industry is a plus
