Job Description
• Responsible for managing delivery hub operations ie. inbound operations, inventory Control, Defects reductions( missing/wrong /expired/damage/tempered etc.)

reduction, Dump (damage/expiry/quality) control and reduction, optimum utilization, customer order fulfillment, NPS (Net promoter score >90%).
• Will be taking care of 8-10 delivery hub operations, driving order growth and profitability as per the budgets .
• Inbound operation( Managing and ensuring timely receiving/Putaway)
• Inventory control,
• Cycle count adherence
• Damage/Expiry/Quality reduction
• Pending Putaway(Upto 6 hours)
• Bin/Inventory accuracy
• DEQ - CPO(cost per order)
• Maintaining various MIS reports, analyze and identifying areas of opportunity
• Customer experience( Missing/wrong/expired/damage/melted reduction)
• Shrinkage reduction/Loss prevention by inventory reconciliation
• People Management & continuous Training of employees.
