Role/ Job Title: Branch Sales Manager- Affordable Home Loans

Function/ Department: Sales

Job Purpose:

The role entails scaling up and growing the customer base for the branch. It also entails developing constructive relationships with customers and working closely with them to boost volume of business across geographies by establishing a strong foundation with them as their financial partner of choice. This role encapsulates the responsibility of customer sourcing and acquisitions and building strong relationships with key dealers and strategic partners to help in client sourcing and acquisition. This is a critical branch level role that directly impacts the revenue and P&L for the branch.
