It is currently looking for suitable candidate to manage the Compliance, Governance, IPR and Litigation functions.

Profile:
A candidate with good consistent academic back- ground having excellent proficiency in written & verbal communication is required for following profile-
Cos Act, FEMA, Intellectual Property Rights, Labour Laws, Privacy Law, Contract and Litigation Management [ International Exposure in Middle East Preferred] etc.;
Major Exposure to Acts:-

Companies Act, FEMA, Contract Act, Labour Laws Civil Procedure Code & Criminal Procedure Code, Intellectual Property Rights etc.;

Location: Ahmedabad.

Work Experience: - 8-10 Years Approx.
