Abu DhabiThe role holder is responsible to attend to customer calls and emails and use their knowledge of Company's products, services, and policies to assist callers with inquiries, complaints, challenges & service booking requests. The role holder is required to address the customers professionally, gain better understanding of their needs and offer possible solutions, ensuring increase in customer satisfaction.Answers phones & emails from customers professionally and responds to customer inquiries and complaints.Routes inbound calls to the appropriate resources while escalating priority issues to the relevant senior authority in charge.Provides customers with information on company services and products while ensuring conversion of inquiries to reservation is achieved where possible.Researches new information using available resources, updates job knowledge by studying new product/ service descriptions and participates in relevant trainingsHandles and resolves customer complaints regarding...
