A client of mine are searching for a freelance Data & Analytics Manager to join their team to assist with oversights of all data, management and reporting within the business. Please see below for further details

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement data strategies to support the company's business objectives and drive growth.
• Ensure data availability, accuracy and consistency across the internal applications landscape as well as data quality and security.
• Work across teams within the business on financial and operational reports and define KPI's
• Develop the corresponding reports, dashboards and visualizations
• Improve and implement the data management policy with related processes, tools and best practices within the company

Team Leadership and Development
• Lead a team of data analysts and engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Ensure the team development so they can stay up to date in their areas of expertise.
