Duties and Role:
• Act as Web Hosting Service subject matter expert (SME), manage, and implement changes all underlying technical services;
• Installing, configuring, upgrading, migrating and maintaining large SharePoint web platform systems ;
• Liaise with the customer to identify required changes to the business functions of Web Hosting services and then implement changes within the agreed time scale;
• Provide L3 support to PLT003 Webhosting Service;
• Undertake fault finding as dictated by the sections trouble ticket system;
