Position Overview:

The Service Support Advisor plays a vital role within the Customer Support Operations team, delivering excellent service support to both internal and external customers, while managing the execution and administration of Maintenance Customer Orders (MCO’s). Reporting to either the Customer Service Manager or Service Operations Manager, this position entails overseeing the customer experience for MCO, ensuring timely review of documentation, recommending repair options, providing estimates and quotations, obtaining purchase orders (POs), and promptly addressing inquiries. Collaborating closely with the Service Operations, Aftermarket, and Sales Teams, the role prioritizes tasks effectively to guarantee timely processing, while maintaining a high standard of communication and customer service throughout.
