Your Opportunity:

This is a temporary Social Worker II (fully registered BSW) position focusing on navigating systems and completing assessments for clients with chronic and persistent mental health concerns. You will provide holistic (psychological, physical, health, spiritual, and social) supports to meet the individual needs of the client in both a clinic setting and out in the community. You will do this by providing direct services to clients and their family through person centered care. As a Social Worker II, you will work independently, and as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment that will challenge the ability to balance care and client engagement.
