Overview:

We’re seeking a passionate, driven, dedicated and energetic individual to join our team as a Part-Time Marketing Coordinator. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and content creation, strong communication skills and a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in executing marketing initiatives to promote our real estate services and listings. We operate from a place of gratitude and service first, always. Our new Marketing Coordinator will do the same.

Responsibilities:
• Edit videos shot by the in-house videographer to create compelling visual content for marketing purposes.
• Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running of the final video
• Incorporate motion graphics, typography, and design elements into videos
• Create engaging content for digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and website updates with a professional camera and smartphone
