For the client, a creator of a communication program designed for both business and private customers, offering services in a Software as a Service model, we are seeking a Customer Success Assosiate (m/f/d).

Responsibilities:
• Participate in onboarding and training sessions, accompany clients throughout the implementation process, and actively support them in achieving mutually defined goals.
• Act as a sparring partner for our clients in utilizing our software, independently develop solutions to ensure sustainable training for our clients.
• Advocate for the interests of your clients to internal teams, conveying them to the product team to continually improve the product and ensure further software development.
• Collaborate closely with your team, as well as with the sales and product teams, to implement new processes and tools.
• Understand your clients, their product usage, and perspective, and then brainstorm ways to enhance it.
