Job Description
• Communicate with landlords to correct defects and resolve complaints
• Obtaining consent and approvals (e.g. for power connections, shared use, extensions of use, etc.)
• Checking rental agreements for rights and obligations and optimizing the rental agreements
• Processing of claims, access issues and key management
• Clarifying questions about green cuttings, cleaning and payment processes in connection with our rental Agreements
