Our client, a global construction and real estate company, is recruiting a Tax Specialist to join their project in Germany.

Responsibilities:
• Cooperation with other tax advisors in all matters
• Assistance in the review of all contracts with regard to tax formalities
• Assistance in identifying tax risks
• Process, analyze and prepare advance sales tax returns
• Prepare tax training materials for internal employee training sessions
• Participate in monthly and quarterly tax reporting for US GAAP purposes
• Support operational tax audits

Qualifications:
• Completed studies or training related to accounting, finance or Taxes (or similar)
• Knowledge of local tax law required
• Knowledge of German HGB regulations and e-balance sheets- an advantage
• Up-to-date knowledge of tax laws, regulations and changes
