Sales Manager Germany

Mission :

Reporting to the Sales Director Germany ensures both the management and development of the business in Germany for low voltage solutions, including the management of P&L as well as the achievement of all commercial targets, in accordance with the company's strategy.

Main responsibilities :
• Ensures the turnover and the margin by effective implementation of the sales plan;
• Responsible for the management of the relationship between company and customers, in order to get competitive advantages for the company;
• Provides the guidelines to develop the Sales Plan and present it to the Sales Director;
• Defines budget and target priorities, assures the periodic sales monitoring, control and forecasting;
