This intermediate-level administrative assistant, while maintaining strict confidentiality, collaborates with teammates to perform duties that include office support tasks as well as administrative work directly related to the operations of the department served, generally providing full support to an intermediate-sized workgroup or performing general tasks in a larger group; may directly support a manager or director.

• Acts as an advocate to raise awareness of the needs of children. Understands mandate to protect children.
