Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Care Representative located in Noida. As a Customer Care Representative, your day-to-day tasks will include providing excellent customer service, resolving customer issues, answering customer inquiries, and maintaining customer satisfaction. You will interact with customers through various communication channels, such as phone calls, emails, and live chat, and provide timely solutions to their problems.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work well in a team
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Good knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus
