CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Main Responsibilities:

· Coordinating and ensuring timely implementation of store new openings:

o Project planning as per location handover date communicated by Expansion Department

o Cost calculation for store equipment and materials

o Planning merchandise and material deliveries

o Coordinate and monitor construction works, participate in meetings with subcontractors and communicate company requirements to subcontractors or service providers

o Final take-over and check of the stores from a technical/construction point of view to ensure they comply with company requirements
