Now, we are looking for an effective Call Center Manager for our South Africa team!

Responsibilities:

1.1 Call Center Team Management
• Check with team members for the work contents and task arrangement regularly, follow with team tasks completion daily;
• Find work problems in time and confirm the root causes to improve team’s whole work performance;
• Provide professional support and arrange regular trainings;
• Provide work reports to Management formally by email, including but not limited to Weekly / Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly reports according to the actual requirement;
• Escalation to Management with issues and resolution from call center agents;
