Purpose Of The Job
• To ensure that the reception area of TAP is manned at all times and to treat all employees, visitors and clients in a professional manner.

Key Performance Areas (KPA’s):
• Ensuring that reception is manned during working hours
• Ensuring that reception is clean and tidy at all times
• Acknowledge all personnel and visitors entering the premises
• Ensure that the personnel expecting the visitor is advised as soon as possible of the arrival.
• Offer refreshments to visitors who are waiting in reception for extended periods.
• Respond to queries via email and escalate to the appropriate parties.
• Handle and prioritize incoming correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication.
• Ensure that all tasks/duties are done according to outlined procedures and standards.
• Suggest and implement new initiatives to support the development of the role as required.
• Coordinate meetings and logistics as and when required.
