Responsible For
• Workshop Staff including Disciplinary Procedures and the smooth operation of the workshop with adherence to Health and Safety compliance regulations. Full charge of workshop – KEEPING ADEQUATE SUPERVISION OF JOBS and quality checks DURING AND THROUGH TO COMPLETION.

General Duties
• Production Scheduling – provide input, compilation, determining work durations and report back on Artisans progress.
• Unlock / Lockup, machinery on/off, lights on/off, of premises with assistance from staff as delegated. Includes shutting gate or chain to direct visitors Sales Office.
• Keep general workshop materials stocked.
• Ensure workshop staff understand job specifications and timeframes for the job. Support workshop staff in completion of jobs and development of skills (training).
• Sign off Works and Repair Orders as complete and complete quality checks on jobs prior to jobs being released to customer.
• Forward Works Orders to Internal Sales for processing.
