About The Role
Service Excellence Coordinators are responsible for driving continuous improvement across Integrated Technology with a focus on improving the efficiency of processes as well as enhancing the customer experience.
Requirements
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple initiatives and work streams effectively;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Familiarity with Yellow and Green belt Lean Six Sigma methodologies is highly desirable;
