Introduction

A 45-hectare farm, at the base of the Paardeberg Mountain, is seeking a Farm Manager who has a passion for sustainable and small-scale farming practices. The farm encompasses a vineyards spanning 12 hectares a 500-tree olive grove; an Nguni herd and a flock of sheep. On the farm, there is a Manor House and cottage which is rented out for holiday lets. In addition, there is a small 80 ton winery. The appointed Farm Manager will reside on-site, enjoying a considerable degree of autonomy in farm management. Additionally, he will be overseeing the maintenance of the infrastructure i.e. manor house and a small winery.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Managing day-to-day operations and strategic management of a diverse farm.

• Ensure staff understands expectations related to crop cultivation;
