We are looking for an energetic, quality driven Supervisor-Extruder to join our production team. The applicant must meet at least one of the following criteria to be considered:
• Extrusion experience, OR
• Experience in feed manufacture (human foods, pet foods or animal feeds)

The following qualifications / skills are essential:
• Matric or N2 certificate
• Valid driver's license
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to forward plan
• Excellent people skills and the ability to manage and motivate a core production team on shift whilst supporting the bigger team goals and vision
• Excellent time management & administration

The following qualifications / skills / experience would be advantageous:
• Maintenance on manufacturing plants
• Qualified millwright/boiler maker/electrician/other technical qualification
• Supervisory experience
• The ability to operate a forklift
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
