We are currently seeking Visa Documentation Staff for our Ernakulam office with experience in handling UK and Canada visiting visas. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of IRCC document checklists, as well as laws and regulations pertaining to migration abroad

Responsibilities

Processing & documenting visiting visas for clients, ensuring accuracy & compliance with relevant regulations.

Liaising with clients to gather necessary documentation and information for visa applications.

Coordinating with government agencies and embassies to facilitate the visa application process.

Providing administrative support related to visa documentation, including maintaining records and filing.

Assisting clients with inquiries and providing guidance on visa requirements and procedures.

Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and efficient processing of visa application.
