Job Description
• Ensure development and implementation of in-house and outsourced training programs based on the internal assessment of training requirements to enhance the leadership / managerial skills of employees
• Roll out the TNA process using different tools for segmented employees based on business requirements.
• Drive Gyanodaya E-learning modules with defined man-days of training.
• Ensure smooth implementation of skill development programs across all segments as per defined timelines.
• Regular updation of content as per requirements.
• Evolve relevant training models
• Implement sustainable and people independent standard processes / systems for design, delivery & review of training programs
• Drive continuous improvement by implementing process / program improvements, providing regular feedback and launching new initiatives.
• Put in place standardized communication, implementation processes evaluation and review mechanisms to enhance quality of delivery.
