Role Description

This is a contract Executive Assistant role with a hybrid workweek, located in Zurich with flexibility for some remote work. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the CEO, including but not limited to managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and running errands. The Executive Assistant will also assist with ad-hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience maintaining professionalism and confidentiality in high-pressure situations
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
• Experience with scheduling and travel logistics, including coordinating complex international travel arrangements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
