We are looking for a Senior Manager, People Product Operations (all genders) to join the Chief People & Sustainability Officer’s Office on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
• Responsible for managing a team of Product Managers
• Managing Confidential Projects
• Responsible for driving People related OKR’s as Chief of Staff to our Chief People Officer
• Strategic planning, budgeting, and decision related to highly efficient Budget utilization.
• Portfolio Management: be responsible for overseeing the organization's Product Roadmap, including identifying, prioritizing, and selecting initiatives that align with the organization's objectives and allocating resources to those projects.
• Reporting and Analytics: provide regular reporting and analytics to senior leadership to ensure that they have visibility into Product roadmap and can make informed decisions based on data.
