Responsibilities :

Leads Human Resource function(s), improves the organizational structure, and drives people development and acquisition

Oversees the Talent Management Process and supports Managers in developing employees, including succession planning, training and learning activities, and the implementation of compensation and benefits programs

Supports and executes planning and development through initiating policies and establishing procedures, which provide organizational balance

Manages the talent acquisition process to ensure that qualified employees are recruited, while coordinating with internal stakeholders

Promotes the organization and drives Employer of Choice efforts

Ensures compliance with all internal and external legal requirements

Coordinates and monitors the fulfillment of all legal and internal requirements regarding Health, Safety and Environment.
