Project Officer £30k Remote Working 4-month FTC with possibility of extension. We are recruiting an experienced Project Officer to support the delivery of changes (processes, tools and working practices) to the organisation branches through communication and close support to volunteers. One of the UK’s largest charities aimed at providing emotional support to anyone in emotional distress. What are the day-to-day duties of the Project Officer role? Work with the Business Change Manager and other colleagues to develop deployment processes, guidance and other support materials for branches. Work closely with the Business Change Manager to understand what support branches will need with each project or initiative. Act as a key point of contact to support senior volunteers in Samaritans branches through the deployment of new developments and changes.
