Requirements

Minimum of 1 years of experience in a customer success or related role

A bachelor's degree or Engineer , BSC IT

Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related role.

Proficiency in CRM, Tally, and MS Excel.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
