Role: CRM INTERN

Work Mode: Full time, Work from Office

Location: Vijay Nagar, Indore (M.P.)

Duration: 3 Months (Paid Internship)

Qualification: Graduate

Job Description:
• Create store client list and master list summary, Compiling territory analysis.
• Utilize existing content, vendor resources and training curriculum.
• Assess current and future training needs by engaging with end users and compiling feedback to improve the configuration and related platforms.
• Work one-on-one with users to develop and reinforce skills and optimize available system resources including customizing user profiles/fields, setting up dashboards and reports.
• Support the marketing function through competitor research and new initiatives.

Requirement:
• Comfortable with client interaction and leadership roles.
• Strong communication, good knowledge of industry.
• Fluent in business process analysis and requirements analysis.
