Labor Relations Manager

Primary Purpose of the Position:

Strengthen the relationship between the company, associates and union leadership, by creating a communication channel that enables the understanding between the parties, with the aim of preserving the common interests and enable solutions that promote wellbeing and the achievement of business objectives.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Managing the union relations tasks covering legal, labor, internal policies and procedures aspects:

Establish regular meetigs with the union for monitoring of matters in progress and seek feedback to leadership to promote a good organizational climate and acting proactively, anticipating opportunities for change before the become obstacles to the organization´s strategies.
