This position is located in the Farm Service Agency, Kansas State Office, located in Effingham, Atchison County, KS. This position provides support and assistance to the Farm and Loan Managers and Officers that perform a range of lending activities, closing disbursements, monitoring liquidating, and servicing of agricultural loan.Qualifications:Specialized Experience:

GS-5: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-04 in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as 1) three years of general work experience that is progressively responsible experience that demonstrates the ability to analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions, 2) to plan and organize work, and 3) to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
