Position Title: Concept Industrial Designer

Mission

To steer the creative and technical direction of projects, especially in centre court builds, by crafting innovative design concepts that merge aesthetic appeal with functional viability, that significantly enhance our win rate per pitch.

Outcomes
• Win Rate in Creative Pitches: Successfully win at least 8 out of 10 creative pitches by delivering compelling design concepts that clearly stand out in the competitive market.
• Client Satisfaction: Achieve an "excellent" rating in client satisfaction 90% of the time, demonstrating exceptional service and innovative design solutions.
• Gross Profit Margin Improvement: Contribute to a 3.5% increase in the team’s gross profit margin within 12 months through enhanced creative traction that differentiates our offerings and optimizes production costs.
