Main Purpose / Objective Of The Position
• The overall purpose is to ensure that the Centre and Properties remains a prestigious and well looked after for customers and tenants.
• To manage a portfolio of Retail and Office buildings through optimal performance in the following:
• Prepare & Implement the Strategy:
• Strategic Positioning of Midlands Mall, Midlands Lifestyle and
• Prepare and Implement annual business strategy
• Implement Leasing Strategy
• Create Pipeline for future development
• Maximise financial returns:
• Drive Financial Performance of Asset
• Value extraction through optimal leasing, redevelopments & extensions
• Facilities and Operational Management
• Budgetary and Financial Control
• Marketing & Brand Management:
• Marketing and Communication
• Leadership:
• People management
• Stakeholder management:
• Community/stakeholder Participation
